KMW Announces New Office in Tampa Bay
The law offices of Keller, Melchiorre, and Walsh are proud to announce the opening of our new office in Tampa Bay, Florida! We are excited to extend our services to those along the west coast area, stretching from Naples to Tampa Bay. We will continue providing all the same services at each of our three offices, but we would like to take the time to personally introduce ourselves to those in our new area of coverage. No matter the office or city you visit, our mission remains the same: to provide legal representation for individuals who have been injured, harmed, or are facing criminal prosecution by providing exceptional legal service and advocating for the rights of our clients.
What Areas Do You Serve with Your New Office Location?
While our new office caters to the west coast of Florida, our prime cities within this reach include Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.
- Located in Hillsborough County, Tampa offers a huge variety of main attractions. Many families take advantage of local amusement parks like Busch Gardens, and others opt for a more natural feel with a visit to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. If you're looking for a date night, don't miss out on experiencing the glow of Cuban Culture that Ybor City has to offer.
- Representing Pinellas County, Clearwater boasts some of Florida's most beautiful scenery with its island beaches and Pier 60. Not only does Pier 60 provide a perfect view for sunsets, but it also has its own Sunsets at Pier 60 Daily Festival that includes a celebration of sunsets with musical entertainment every weekend. Take a stroll down Beach Walk and experience the gulf views that earned notice as one of the “Great Places in Florida Public Spaces,” or take in Phillies Spring Training at Bright House Field.
- St. Petersburg
- Also nestled into Pinellas County is the city of St. Petersburg. Many families enjoy time together at Fort DeSoto Park or at one of St. Pete's award-winning beaches. For a touch of culture, stop by the respected Salvador Dali Museum. As the holder of the “most consecutive days of sunshine” title with the record of 768 days, you won't have to worry too much about planning around bad weather in this gorgeous city.
Who Makes Up The Law Offices of KMW?
Our team is made up of four attorneys that strive for excellence for their clients each day: Chris Keller, Rob Melchiorre, Paul Walsh, and Lindsay Karten. Mr. Keller concentrates his practice in the areas of Wrongful Death, Auto, Truck, Train & Motorcycle Accidents and Premises Liability. Mr. Melchiorre has excelled with honors such as inclusion on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. As one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers in 2014, Mr. Walsh retains his reputation as one of the toughest, but fairest, attorneys in our great state. Lindsay Karten is another one of our team members, and she concentrates her practice on Personal Injury and Negligence cases, PIP (Personal Injury Protection Insurance) disputes, and homeowner claims. Additionally, we have two paralegals on staff, Ana Stella and Jennifer Rodriguez, and both are bilingual and exceptionally talented in their skillsets. We are pleased to welcome Luann Deak, as our PIP Litigation Manager, and Carly Deak, PIP Pre-litigation and Business Development. Altogether, we make up a legal family of our own. We all have families just like you, so we understand how important it is to receive justice for the betterment of your family. Let our family here at KMW help your family with all of your legal needs today.
